Amritsar: A department of the Punjab Nationwide Financial institution (PNB) was robbed by two bike-borne males in Amritsar on Thursday. The armed males reportedly fled with round Rs 22 lakhs from the department located within the Rani Ka Bagh space of Amritsar.
The complete theft, which occurred round 12:00 PM, was caught on CCTV cameras, ABPLive Punjabi stated in a report. Whereas one of many accused waited exterior, the opposite barged contained in the financial institution and threatened the financial institution workers with a pistol. A cashier was compelled at hand over the cash at gunpoint, the report stated.
