Man lures woman into stripping on video call, sends clip to her husband after she refuses to pay hush money

New Delhi: A person was arrested for recording objectionable movies of a lady after which blackmailing her into paying him cash, confirmed police on Saturday.

In response to the police, the person lured the lady into stripping after assembly her on social media. He used to name her typically and document objectionable movies of her.

Whereas chatting with media, DCP Central Delhi Shweta Chauhan stated, “Extortionist who lured a lady to strip on video name arrested by employees of Central district Cyber PS. The accused met the sufferer on social media and have become buddies together with her, he used to video name her and document objectionable movies of sufferer.”

After a while, the person began blackmailing and demanding cash from the lady. She paid cash to him initially however refused when he saved asking for extra.

“The accused had until now extorted Rs 1.25 lakhs from the sufferer and later demanded Rs 70,000 by threatening to make her clip public,” stated DCP Chauhan.

“When the sufferer denied paying extra, the accused despatched the video to her husband,” she added.
