Hyderabad: A person has been arrested for allegedly making a hoax name a couple of bomb being current on a Chennai-bound flight, the police mentioned.
The incident was reported at Hyderabad airport on Monday. The flight was scheduled to depart from Hyderabad to Chennai when the person made a bomb menace name to airport, officers mentioned.
Following the bomb menace name, airport safety began instantly investigating the flight and evacuated the passengers.
After investigation, it was discovered that it was a hoax name made by a passenger who was operating late and denied boarding as a result of delay.
The accused was taken into custody and felony motion might be initiated in opposition to him, the police added.
