On the day of the incident, the accused took the woman with him. Nonetheless, when he didn’t return after a very long time, the household of the kid approached the police. The woman’s physique was despatched for autopsy. The preliminary report confirmed that she was raped and murdered.
The police booked the accused below related sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Safety of Kids from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act. The police have launched a manhunt operation to nab the accused.
In one other incident, a five-year-old woman was allegedly sexually by an unknown individual in Uttar Pradesh’s Bareilly district on Saturday. The woman was enjoying outdoors her home when she was lured by the accused to a secluded place. The minor woman was reportedly discovered at a distance of 300 metres from her home.
